He is survived by: his parents, Theresa Uhl and Daniel Johnston; his partner Caitlin Conner; his children, Carmine Lorenzo Uhl and Madison Uhl; the mother of his child Amanda Locklear; and his siblings, Jessica Douglass (Michael), Angela Uhl (PJ Elkins), Chris Johnston and Eric Johnston.
