It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Wooters-King of Federalsburg, Maryland, born in Easton, Maryland, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman J. Wooters and Thelma L. Wooters; her adoptive parents, Roy Vickory and Ada Vickory; her son Jay Arthur; her grandson John; and her brothers, Art Wooters and Bucky Wooters.
She is survived by: her children, Verna Hearn of Lewes, DE, Sherry Arthur of Cambridge, MD, Pandora Marceline, Lonnie Adams of Seaford, DE and Rayna Adams (Martin Brown) of Seaford, DE; and her grandchildren, Heather, Willy, Dawn, Robert, Melissa, Chad, Matthew, Khrista, Andrew, Tabatha, Rhonda and Paige. She is also survived by her 13 great-grandchildren.
