He is survived by: his children, Joyce Frazier Felan (Patrick) of Bulverde, TX, Dr. Linda Frazier Mowbray (Paul) of Philadelphia, PA and Donald Frazier (Robin) of Taneytown, MD.; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Laura, Holly, Jason, Shawn, Lizzie, Christopher, Emily, Anna, Molly, Joanna, Rebekah and Hannah.
