He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Manning, Sr. and Mary Manning (Reeder). He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Stephens; his grandsons, Marcus Bohanon and Lucas Bohanon; and his sisters, Patricia Szybist (Dan), Susan Gallegos and Carol Lewis (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eline Funeral Home (2901 Bloom Rd, Finksburg, MD 21048).
