He is survived by: his spouse Beverly A. McIntyre (Johnston); his children, Michael E. McIntyre, Kathleen M. Armstrong (Mark) and Paul A. McIntyre; his grandchild Andrew M. Armstrong; and his siblings, Martha Lee Evans and Edward T. McIntyre, Jr..
