He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carl Cullison and Helen Wennell. He is survived by: his parents, Medley Wade and Helen E. Cullison (Harris); his wife Linda I. Cullison; his sons, Michael Wade Cullison (Monica), Robert Cullison (Courtney) and Christopher Cullison (Sarah); his sister Carol Butcher; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Marissa, Megan, Brody, Maxwell, Allie and Wesley.
