He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William and Goldie Norris Sr. (Peterson); his children, Scott Norris of Forest Hill, MD and Kathe Norris Blake (Ralph) of Jarrettsville, MD; his grandchildren, Laura Norris (Matt), Krista Petterson (Eric), Stefanie Endres (Kevin) and Michael Blake (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Lily Petterson, LJ Caskey, William Petterson, Quillan Petterson, Grady Endres, Truett Endres and Tillman Endres.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, 2350 Conowingo Road, Bel Air, MD 21015.
