We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 74, Joelle Josephine Dark (Fort Washington, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her husband Joseph Dark; her daughter Tannette DeVore; and her siblings, Florica Barry, Carolyn Rodgers Brown, Carson Rodgers and Jerry Rodgers. She is also survived by seven grandchildren six great grandchildren.
