He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sylvester Cutsail, Sr. and Mabel Irene Browning; and his siblings, Robert Cutsail and Isabelle Cutsail. He is survived by: his spouse Wanda Cutsail; his daughters, Wendy K. Feaster (Jerry) and Brenda Lee Cutsail; and his siblings, Annabelle Crutchley, Lawrence S. Cutsail, Jr., George Cutsail (Polly) and Louis Cutsail (Linda). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
