With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Rice Sr. (Frederick, Maryland), who passed away on February 22, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Bryan Rice. He is survived by: his spouse Judith E. Winpigler Rice; his parent Margaret Fogle Rice; his children, Lea Ann Mellstead (Tim) of Frederick and Elizabeth Kay Wood (Tim) of Ft; his brother Bryan "Bill" Rice of Walkersville; his grandchildren, Brandie Sutherlin, Adrianne Adams, Sydney Wood, Megan Wood and Aiden Rice; his great grandchildren, Destiny and Mariah; his aunt Mary Jane Courn; and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia Ropp, Pamela Martin, Ramona Ridgely, Coral Keller, Charles Winpigler, Peggy, Hubert Winpigler, Sis, David Winpigler, Carole, Adrian Winpigler, Betty, Bion Winpigler, Billie Winpigler, Shawn Winpigler and Becky. He is also survived by five brother-in-laws and two sister-in-laws.
