He was predeceased by: his parent Myrtle R. (Himes); his son-in-law Donald R. Semler; his sisters, Anna McGolerick and Kathryn L. Rothery; his brother-in-law Milton O. Rothery; and his nephew Lanny Rothery.
He is survived by: his parent John W. McGolerick, Sr.; his wife Mary Ruth Norris McGolerick; his daughter Doreen L. Semler of Braddock Heights; his granddaughters, Donna Faecke (David) of Chesterfield, VA and Cathy Hood (Vance) of Hagerstown; his great grandchildren, Randy Hood of Aurora, Brooke Hood of Aurora, Kaylee Faecke of Aurora, Maggie Faecke of Aurora and Mackenzie Faecke Gendron (Alec) of Aurora; and his nephew Mickey Rothery (Joan) of Georgia.
