Joseph A. Onofrey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2018, at the age of 79, Joseph A. Onofrey (Frederick, Maryland), born in Ford City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his granddaughters, Karsen Onofrey of Frederick, MD. and Lydia Onofrey of Frederick, MD.; his brother Robert (Antje) of Boerne; and also, Andrew (Merrith) of Scottsburg, VA, Anthony of Frederick, Annette Waggoner (Charles) of Hadam, CT, Mary Margaret Carter (Don) of Apopa, FL, Christine Frank (Bob) of Karen, Jean Alvino (Tim) of Yorktown Heights, NY and James Onofrey (Janice) of Ford City. He is also survived by uncle as well as many nephews and nieces.
Joe requested that donations in his memory be sent to Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital, 600 University Drive Hershey, PA 17033 or St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 465 Table Rock Road, Gettysburg.
