He is survived by: his wives, Rebecca Haley Stover and Becky; his children, Jacqueline Stover of Frederick and Christopher Stover (Christie) of Myersville; his grandchildren, Catherine Stover and Alexander Stover; and his sisters, Linda Parker and Susan Welsh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
