He was predeceased by: his parent Earl Burton. He is survived by: his spouse Caroline Conaway Richards; his parent Mildred Hawkins Richards; his children, Mark Richards (Debbie) of Mt, Beth Richards of Frederick and Fran Rosenzweig of Westminster; and his grandson Tim Richards of Santa Cruz, CA. He is also survived by seven brothers and sisters The family will receive friends.
