He was predeceased by: his spouse Peggy Kolb Wagner; his parent Clarence Wagner; and his siblings, Howard "Tony" Wagner, Francis "Mutt" Wagner, Warren Wagner, Donald Wagner, Irvin Wagner, Myrtle Siedling, Mary Baker and Louise Wagner.
He is survived by: his parent Nettie Simpson Wagner; his daughter Sandra L. Jones (Ernie) of Charles Town, WV; and his grandson David R. Jones (Juliet) of Romney, WV.
