He is survived by: his parent Ramona Garcia of Atwater, CA.; his friend Sandy Pharaoh; his wife Sandy Pharaoh; his children, Ray, Ashley Pharaoh of Frederick, MD, Elaina Pharaoh of Frederick, MD, Jason of Atwater and Stephan of Atwater; and also Hospitals.
