He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Radebaugh, Sr. and Anna Radebaugh (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Radebaugh (Dougherty); his children, Leslie (John Peddicord), John "Benny" Radebaugh (Deborah), David Radebaugh (Barbara) and J. D. Radebaugh (Shannon); and his sister Jeannette Hollenshade. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
