She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edward and Dellie Miller; her parents, Harvey L. Tracey and Gertrude L. Phillips (Miller); and her brother Edlee Tracey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa J. Russell (Bill) and Tina L. Lowe; her grandchildren, Jordyn Ward, Tanner Russell and Madison Russell; her brother Lou Phillips; her niece McKenzie Tracey; her nephew Levi Tracey (Kathy); her great-nieces, Alexis and Allison; and her nephew Charles Tracey. She is also survived by numerous aunts and cousins.
