He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Fletcher, Sr. and Martha Pearl Fletcher (Barnes); and his brother Ira Fletcher (Lavon). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Fletcher; his children, Latasha Fletcher and Daniel Fletcher; his grandchildren, Jquan Fletcher and Braylee Fletcher; his stepson Ricky Butler; his stepgranddaughter Rebekah Butler; and his brother Paul Fletcher (Nancy). He is also survived by his nephews and a niece.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
