He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard A. Plummer and Virginia Plummer (Blank); and his grandparents, Raymond, Annie Blank, Edna Plummer and Emory Plummer.

He is survived by : his wife Darla Plummer (Monahan); his son James Robert Plummer (Staci); and his brother-in-law Pastor Ken Monahan (Cindy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and his constant companion his dog.
