He was predeceased by: his spouse Jeanette Goldman. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Bishop, Robert Goldman (Arlene) and Harriet Rosas (Daniel); his grandchildren, Alisa Smith (Russell), Richard Bishop (Jang), Michael Bishop, Scott Goldman and Matt Goldman; and his great grandchildren, Lily Jay Smith and Aerin Rose Smith.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Lymphoma Foundation of America or the MDS Foundation.
