He is survived by: his wife Angela D; his children, Elise D'Emidio Moreno, Alexis Royal Rutherford, Austin Skylar Ruthrford, Richard Jackson Rutherford and Allison Elizabeth Rutherford; his grandchild Zelos Kia D'Emidio; his father Richard Rutherford; his stepmother Anita Rutherford; his mother Sandra Stapelchovich; his sibling T. J. Grossi; and his grandparents, Walter and Vera Stapelchovich. He is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles and cousins, and a lot of great friends.
