She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse David Fraser-Hidalgo; her children, Samantha Mae Fraser and Scott Peter Fraser; her parents, John Bethel and Alice Bethel; and her sibling Suzanne Bethel.

In lieu of flowers, the family will honor Lisa with contributions to BlackRock Center for the Arts.
