He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zakrzeski and Virginia Moats (Redys); his stepfather Carl Moats; and his brother Paul Zakrzeski, Sr. (Damian). He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Zakrzeski, Zach Bolen (Avé) and Damian Payne; his close friend Maria Thomas; his sisters, Kathleen Bittinger (Bill) and Monica Foos; and his grandchildren, Nadia Zakrzeski, Nevaeh Bolen and Asher Bolen. He is also survived by niece and nephew and two great-nephews.
