Maxwell (Newton) of Brooklyn Park; his children, Kolby McLaren (Teaque) of Glen Burnie, Sean Maxwell (Shannon) of Glen Burnie, Zach Williams (Allyson) of North Carolina, Rachel Stout-Narine (Devon) of Washington and Danielle Williams of Brooklyn Park; his sisters, Brenda West (Steve) of Bowie and Rhonda Workman (Doug) of Laurel; his grandchildren, Carla, Arrika Lazano, Donald, Payton Hall, Azra Williams and Rashad Stout; and his great grandchild Javier. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and in-laws.
