He was predeceased by: his sister Trena L. Jacobs; and his grandson Jayden Clark. He is survived by: his children, Joseph M Clark of Pottstown, PA, Stevie Jacobs of Glen Burnie, MD, Matthew E. Severe of Ocean City, MD and Alicia M. Jacobs of Pennbroke, NC; his brother Rickie L Jacobs of Lumberton, NC; his niece Jacobs-Ramsay; and his grandchildren, Joe, Sonny, Noah Clark, Brylon Mercer and Brandon Mercer.
