He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Wissel, Sr. and Marie C. Wissel; and his son Arthur E. "Chip" Wissel, III. He is survived by: his wife Carol F. Wissel; his sons, Andrew E. Wissel of Westminster, Michael C. Wissel (Kelly) of Westminster and John B. Wissel (Meredith) of Hunt Valley; his brother Dr. Eric Wissel (Sharon) of Ellicott City; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Hudson, Andrew II, Addison, Lauren, Carter, Maxwell, Penelope, Fletcher, Daisy and Summer Wissel.
