He is survived by: his children, Kathleen M. Geipe (Lester Q. Chandler, Jr.) of Salisbury, Joseph P. Geipe, Jr. (Joyce) and Gerard N. Geipe (Kelly); his grandchildren, Erin Steinberg (Eric) of Charlotte, NC and Joseph Patrick Geipe, III (Sierra); his great grandchildren, Dahlia, Bernard Steinberg and Bentley Geipe; his siblings, Peggy Brinker and Larry (Betty); and his sister-in-law Louise. He is also survived by extended family and will be missed by many nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
