He was predeceased by: his parents, Oney Newman and Shirley Newman (Schardt). He is survived by: his wife Helen Eileen Newman (Bittinger); his children, Brian Newman of Grantsville, Brett Newman (Holly) of Grantsville and Brandy Green (Matthew) of Salisbury, PA; his siblings, Randy Newman of Meyersdale, Greg Newman of Meyersdale and Sharon Smith; and his grandchildren, Dakota Phillips, Mackenzie Phillips, Gavin Newman, Landon Newman and Griffin Newman.
