She is survived by : her daughters, Brandy Blackwelder (Justin) of Boynton, PA and Tiffany Tilgner; her sisters, Norma Moyers of Bruceton Mills, WV and Kathy Wilburn; her grandchildren, Zachary Blackwelder, Mercedes Blackwelder, Isebelle Weimer and R. J. Weimer; and her great grandchild Amilya Blackwelder.
