He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor Miner and Delphia Miner (Platter); and his siblings, Elmer, Reed Miner, Melda Bittinger and Anna Jean Heston.
He is survived by : his daughter Debbie Ann Gills (Ed) of Grasonville, MD; and his sister-in-law Rosella Miner. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
