She was predeceased by : her parents, Willard Golden (Sam) and Velna Bailey Golden; her husbands, Robert L. Rowe and John W. Black; her children, Michael Clyde Black and Lois Michele Black; and her brothers, Melvin (Casey), Carroll and David Golden.

She is survived by : her children, Robert Rowe of Bethlehem, GA, Joseph Black of Grantsville and Dawnna Beard (David) of Frankfort, IN; her grandchildren, Cody, Deanna, Matt Rowe, Elijah and Grace Beard; and her siblings, Curt (Bud), Johnny, Marvin Golden, Ardith Lewis, Andalee Caton, Sylvia Green and Mary Funk.

Due to the prevalence of the COVID virus, it is suggested that face masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
