He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jenkins and Leota Jenkins (Witt); and his brother Thomas Jenkins. He is survived by: his former wife Catherine Ann Jenkins (Patton) of Cumberland, MD; his sister Nancy Pugh (Bill) of Waco, TX; and his sister-in-law Kathy Jenkins of Grantsville. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
