He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Myers and Grace Myers (Keefer); his wife Vernie Myers (Bender); his son Glenn Myers; and his stepdaughter Cheryl Wilhelm.
He is survived by: his children, Franklin B. Myers (Susan) and Deborah Dameron (Ronnie) of Stuarts Draft, VA; his stepson-in-law Glenn Wilhelm of Lonaconing, MD; his stepdaughters, Glenda VanSickle of Springs, PA and Melinda Elliott of Winchester, VA; his sisters, Doris Brewer of Westminster, MD and Lois Myers; and his grandchildren, Jason Dameron (Katherine), Travis Myers (Erin), Jenna Wells (Hunter), Ron Dameron (Jennifer), Deneen Brannock (Boyce), Chad, Chance Lipscomb, Brandy Miller, Steven, Stacy Elliott and Leighanna Wilhelm. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
