She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Bowser and Elizabeth Bowser (Gatterman); and her siblings, Regina Bowser, Beulah Abbey, Anna Baluch, William Bowser and Wayne Lee Bowser.

She is survived by: her brother Cecil Bowser of Fort Hill, PA. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and nephews; and five great-great nieces.
