He is survived by: his parents, Donald Howard of Queenstown and Debora Howard (Price) of Greensboro; his daughter Khloe; his siblings, Orry Howard (Samantha) of Hartly and Amberly Howard of Denton, Maryland.; his grandparents, Benjamin and Maxine Howard of Queenstown; and his nieces, Alayna Krueger of Rhodesdale, Kenna Mitchell of Denton and Kinsley Howard of Hartly, Delaware.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations a trust has been created for his daughter, Khloe Howard.
