It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean H. Joiner of Greensboro, Maryland, born in Ridgely, Maryland, who passed away on January 9, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Hevalow and Margaret Louise Cade Hevalow; and her husband William T. Joiner. She is survived by: her son D. Wayne Joiner (Donna) of Dover, DE; her grandchildren, Kathy Chambers (Carl) of Bedford, VA, Karen Joiner of Harrington, DE and William "Bill" Joiner of Lewes, DE; her great grandchildren, Cody Chambers (Evelyn), Ashley Smith, Christopher Chambers (Emily), Rachael Smith, Hayden Peery and Donovan Peery; her great great grandchildren, Mikaela Dixon, Kennadi Dolly, Chloe Chambers, Dominik Dolly, Caroline Chambers and Andrew "AJ" Smith; and her sister Joyce Hill of Greensboro.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Joiner had asked for friends to donate to either the Gideons International, PO Box 11, Bethlehem, MD 21609 or to the Greensboro Baptist Church, PO Box 66, Greensboro, MD 21639.
