He is survived by: his son Dionisio Porciuncula; his parents-in-law, Jack Costa and Kathryn Costa; his wife Dorrie Costa; his siblings, Araceli, Esmilla, Teresita, Pacheco, Carmina, Catapang, Charito, Abella, Elenita, Evaristo, Fe Porciuncula of Hagerstown, Corazon Arellano of Bluffton, S. C. and Dionisio, Jr.; his wife Teresita of Hagerstown; his sisters-in-law, Jackie Freeland and Jamie Costa; and also, Zashi and Rosario Umali Porciuncula. He is also survived by daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren.
