He is survived by: his spouse Loretta Virginia; his children, Kimberly Otzelberger of Hagerstown, MD, Michael Otzelberger of Hagerstown, MD, Charles Otzelberger of Alabama and Gary Otzelberger of Hagerstown, MD; and his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Charles Jr., Quinn, Sara, Lea and Layla.
