He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley D. Newlon and Yolanda J. Newlon; his siblings, Janice A. Moats, Kathy Newlon and Roy Newlon; and his grandchildren, Matthew R. Newlon, Peyton L. Newlon, Harlei A. Newlon and Nevaeh R. Newlon.
