Carbaugh; her children, Laura Gates (Austin) of Greencastle, PA and Jacob Kelley of Williamsport, MD; her stepdaughter Jessica Ashway (Chris) of Waynesboro, PA; her granddaughter Lily Gates; her stepgrandson William Dankmeyer; her sister Vicki Ferreira (Manuel) of Woodbridge, VA; and her pet Caspian.
