He is survived by: his parent Ada Pearl Hovermale (Long); his wife Shirley Mae Hovermale (Howell); his children, Darrell Hovermale (Cheri) of Williamsport, MD and Kathy Hovermale (Amory Cheny) of Bend, OR; and his siblings, Robert Hovermale, Joyce Marconi, Jeanne Scheffer, Nancy Clingerman and Gary Hovermale.
