It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Mulligan Jr. of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Mulligan Sr. and Beulah Tracy-Mulligan; his wife Donnie; and his siblings, George Mulligan and Betty Sharer.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger Mulligan (Robin), Lance Mulligan and John Mulligan; his grandchildren, Matthew Mulligan, Charly Mulligan and Laura Mulligan; his great grandchildren, Jaidyn Mulligan and Katelyn Culler; his great great grandchild Daxton Wiley; and his sister Bessie Caldwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Charlie's name to the American Federation for the Blind, 1401 S. Clark St., Ste. 730, Arlington, VA 22202.
