Masser Jr.; his wife Kathy of Hagerstown; his granddaughters, Christine Barnes (Evan) of Shepherdstown and Rebecca Armstrong (Doug) of Kanas City, MO.; his stepgrandson Stephen Heefner II of Hagerstown; and his great grandchildren, Kirsten Shenberger, Wyatt Barnes and Kayla Armstrong.
