He was predeceased by: his parent Paul D.; and also, Lillian Collyer and Dick Collyer. He is survived by: his parent Ann L. Miller (Rogers); his son Joseph P. Miller of San Antonio, TX; his stepson Donnie L. Kennedy (Lisa); his siblings, Clodon Nash (Bob) of Annapolis, MD, Alicia Miller (Shawn Noel) of Lewes, DE and Patrice Davis (George) of Hagerstown, MD.; his aunt Janice Miller Baker; and his sister-in-law Connie Ferrera (Joe Keeney). He is also survived by two grandchildren and two step grandsons.
