It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Franklin (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on July 25, 2018, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Julie Lea Brechbill Poe of Clear Spring, MD; his stepfather Rick Poe of Clear Spring, MD; his father Paul Douglas Franklin of Berkeley Springs, WV; his brother Timothy Paul Franklin of Hagerstown, MD; his niece Savanna; and his nephew Timmy. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
