She was predeceased by: her parent Raymond Staley; and her siblings, Joann Hutzell and Donald Staley. She is survived by: her parent Evelyn Staley (Colbert); her husband Leonard G. Reigel; her daughters, Darletta Terrett (Bobby) of Keedysville, MD and Debbie Sagi (Alan) of Hagerstown, MD; her siblings, Diane Payne and Ronald Staley (Norma); her grandchildren, Lacy Neat (Rob), Ryan Yost (Amy) and Danielle Startzman (Charlie); and her significant other Pepper.
