She is survived by: her parent David Harold McDowell; her brother Kenneth L. McDowell; her wife Lynda; her sons, Robert Spickler, Jr., Paul Spickler (Dorothea) and Steven Crum; her grandchildren, Angela (Mike), Jill (Jeff) and Ashley (Michael); her great grandchildren, Ainsley (Evan), Gabrielle, Lucky, Jeffrey II and Pax; and also, Bryan D. McDowell (Roberta) and Lenny Knott (Sylvia).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Faye's name to Hospice of Washington County 747 Northern Ave Hagerstown, MD 21742.
