He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Campbell; and his siblings, Preston, Bob, Jane and Esther.
He is survived by: his parent Sarah Otzelberger Campbell; his wife Betty; his sons, Gary, Jr. and Todd; his grandchildren, Joshua Campbell (Ashley) and Marissa Mohn (Jeffrey); and his great grandchildren, Lelia, Luke, Cooper and Hunter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
