He is survived by: his mother Gloria Willard of Rocky Ridge; his siblings, Michael Willard Sr., James Willard, Jr. of Rocky Ridge, Scott Willard and Michelle Willard; his siblings' children, Tiffany Abarbanel and Michael Willard Jr.; his aunts, Ruby Wachter, Nancy Myers and Carolyn Strawsburg; his daughters, Madison Willard and Ashley Willard; his pet Jake; and his close friends, Tracy, Al Bare, Travis Bowers, Zach Nichols, Steve Drumheller, Alan Cover, Dave O, Connell, Becky Willard, Kelly and Chris D'Atri.
